Our Story
Born from a Road Trip. Built on a Love of Cooking.
It started with a family road trip to Blackfoot, Idaho — home of the Idaho Potato Museum. We walked through the history of how the humble potato transformed American agriculture, and we sat down at a potato bar that changed everything.
The Snake River valley, the vast ranches, the wide-open sky — Idaho got into our souls. We came home to the Carolinas with a mission: bring that spirit to a food truck, and do it right. Every potato is baked fresh. Every meat is smoked low and slow to its absolute best.
This is a family business, built on a love of cooking and a belief that great food brings people together.
